Requests are stored in a protected database. New-request notifications may be sent to the responsible employee via Telegram and email.

We do not sell personal data. Technical processing may be performed by hosting, database, email and notification providers required to operate the website.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to process the request and conduct business communication, unless a longer period is required by law.
